Job Description:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will work in a dynamic environment analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across different projects and clients. The role demands proficiency in Spring Boot and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs, ensure code quality through reviews, and contribute to the overall success of projects by driving innovation and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, and test application components for multiple clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work on applications.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Provide technical solutions and actively participate in team discussions.
• Work independently, aiming to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Contribute to resolving work-related problems effectively.

Key Technical Skills:

Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Microservices Architecture, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git, Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• 15 years of full-time education.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks and experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
